GOOD FRIDAY RACING
Full Gas Cycling are delighted to announce the return of Good Friday in 2022.
Good Friday Racing retains its unique, truly ‘open’ event status, welcoming entries from local clubs, elite development teams, and International riders, with everyone competing on a level playing field. The programme accommodates more than 100 riders and features sprint, endurance omnium and women’s omnium events, the Ron Beckett Memorial Elimination and the world famous Golden Wheel scratch race. Over the years the event has been graced by Stuart O’Grady, Bradley Wiggins and Sean Yates amongst other super stars.
Heats will be held for the endurance riders to qualify for the Golden Wheel scratch race. The finishing position in these heats will also determine which omnium group rider will compete in.
Should the women’s entries be below 16 riders we will merge these entries into the open omnium groups.
Further details of the race programme will be available after entries close on the 20th March and spectator tickets are available from Ticket Master (available here). Spectators wishing to watch qualifying sessions will need to purchase an early access pass direct from Fullgascyclng.co.uk and these will be available after entries close and must be accompanied by a full access ticket (available from the Ticket Master link above)

Helpers passes are now available to purchase here and will be limited to 1 per rider.
