SPRING RUMBLE SERIES

7th, 14th & 21st March 2026

The Spring Rumble Series returns to Lee Valley VeloPark for 2026.  The programme will feature Open 3rd/4th Category, Masters 40+ & Masters 50+, Women’s 2/3/4 and Open E/1/2/3 races. The series will be spread across three rounds on 7th, 14th & 21st March.

The Spring Rumble Series is a perfect way to start your season off. Hard, fast racing, ideal to build form, and great preparation for The March Hare Classic on March 28th.

Racing will follow the same format each week..

11:30 – Open 3/4 Category Race – 45 mins + 5 laps (Regional C+)

12:35 – Masters 40 + & Masters 50+ Races – 45 mins + 5 laps (Masters Regional C+, separate points for each category)

13:40 – Women’s 2/3/4 Category Race – 40 mins + 5 laps (Regional A)

14:45 – Open E/1/2/3 – 1 hour + 5 laps (National B)

RACE ENTRIES

All pre entries will close at midnight on the Thursday before each event.

Entry on the day will be available.

Once accepted, entries cannot be transferred or refunded.

All riders must have a full racing license, valid for the current year; however, we may accept provisional or day licences.  Racing licences need to include your emergency contact details on the back.

All racing licences expire on 31st December and may not be renewed automatically.  It is your responsibility to ensure you have a current licence

RESULTS & POINTS ALLOCATION

Open 3/4, Masters 40+ & Masters 50+ will be classified as Regional c+ and Masters Regional C+ races, points band 5. The Women’s 2/3/4 will be classified as a Regional A, points band 4, and the Open E/1/2/3 will be a National B, points band 3.  You can find out more about British Cycling points HERE

Please allow at least two working days for points to appear on your British Cycling dashboard, and raise any enquiries with the results team at British Cycling.

Provisional results will be made available on the Event Suite App at the end of each race.  Please notify us within 24 hours if you have any queries.

For visits of 4 hours or less, car parking at Lee Valley VeloPark is FREE.  To claim your FREE parking please register your vehicle using the terminal located inside the tunnel leading to the Road Circuit Plaza or to the right of the reception desk.  This is your responsibility.   Full details of parking tariffs and penalties can be found on the Lee Valley VeloPark website .  We recommend that you take the time to read through it to avoid parking charges.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Nearest station/tube: Stratford / Stratford International and Lee Valley VeloPark is a 20 minute walk from both stations. Several bus routes connect to Stratford and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with the key routes being: 388, 308, 339, 97 and N205 which all stop near Lee Valley VeloPark. Stratford bus station and Stratford City bus station are both close by. Visit www.tfl.gov.uk for more information.

BY BIKE

There are cycle routes connecting Lee Valley VeloPark to local residential areas as well as the cycle routes through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The venue is close to Sustrans National Cycle Network Route 1 and Barclays Cycle Superhighway CS2.
Bike racks are available at the venue.

ON FOOT

There are good pedestrian links to Lee Valley VeloPark from Westfield Stratford City, Hackney and Leyton.
